Child Care Sign-up
We now offer child care during sessions through Smarty Pants Daycare located in the same lot as Bellies and Babies. If needing their services, please indicate within 24 hours on your online intake form on appointments page. Then download and fill-out daycare forms located below or contact Smarty Pants Daycare directly for forms. Then day of appointment, arrive to daycare with packet and shot records giving yourself plenty of time for drop-off before your session. (Packet and shot records are only required on your first drop-off.)
**Babies must be at least 6 weeks old**

Rates: $8.00 hr. for first child and $6.00 hr. for each additional child. Payment will be made directly to Smarty Pants Daycare. They will accept the following forms of payment: cash, check, credit card, debit card and money orders.
